Frequently Asked Questions

How Should You Eat Before a Check-Up?

Before a check-up, your diet should generally be light and healthy. It’s important to avoid heavy, fatty foods. Make sure to drink plenty of water and consume an adequate amount of vegetables and fruits. High-fiber foods can help keep your blood sugar levels stable.

How Long Does a Check-Up Take?

A check-up typically takes around 2-3 hours. However, this duration can vary depending on your health condition and the specific tests your doctor conducts.

What Happens if You Drink Alcohol Before a Check-Up?

Drinking alcohol before a check-up can have misleading effects on your blood test results. Alcohol can interfere with liver function and cholesterol levels, potentially masking certain abnormalities. Therefore, it’s recommended to avoid alcohol consumption for at least 48 hours before your check-up.
